Backstabbing? Or just accidental gossip?

Okay so I would think it would be common sense that if you don't like someone and if that person is your "friend" it would be respectful if that "friend" would not gossip and tell a certain person whom you had history with your business.
Really? IT's just a calling for confrontation and setting someone straight.
Gosh teaching people a lesson can be exhausting.
Is it hostile if I like confrontation? Its fun cause I had some experience last year.
I grew a little balls from that, not going to lie. The first time I was so hella nervous but I pulled myself together in order to do it.. cause it was getting out of hand RIDICULOUS!
